Voice Mail is easy to use! Your callers can leave messages for you when you are away from your phone. You can listen to your messages when it’s convenient for you from any phone any time. You’ll never have to worry about missing a call again. Explore the many convenient features available with Voice Mail!

Accessing Your Mail Box
From the phone subscribed to the service:
- For Dubois area, dial 455-1850
- For Baggs area, dial 383-6245
From a different phone:
- Enter your 7 digit mailbox number.
- Enter your password and then press the (#) key.
The temporary Password is set at 0 0 0 0
To prevent unauthorized access to your Voice Mail, you will be required to change your password when you set up your Greeting the first time.
From an out of area phone:
- For Dubois area, dial 1-307-455-1850
- For Baggs area, dial 1-307-383-6245
Enter your 7 digit mailbox number
Enter your password and then press the (#) key
From a different phone that has voice mail:
- For Dubois area, dial 1-307-455-1850
- For Baggs area, dial 1-307-383-6245
Press the (*) key twice to override existing Voice Mail
Enter your 7 digit mailbox number
Enter your password and then press the (#) key
Change your password and/or record your greeting:
Access your voice mailbox
Press for the mailbox setup menu
Follow the prompts
Retrieve messages:
Access your voice mailbox
Your first new message may play immediately. If not press to listen to your messages. You will hear the announcement “You have x new messages and x saved messages”
Press (1) to play messages
Press (2) to save a message
Press (3) to delete a message
Follow additional prompts
Voice Mail to Email
Check email as usual
Voice Mail email will have the from address:
‘Yourtelephone’ and have an attachmentOpen the attachment in your Media player
Save or delete the attachment on your computer
Follow the links in the messages to manage the message in the Voice Mail system
