Telephone Assistance Programs

The FCC Lifeline and Wyoming Telephone Assistance Program provide reduced phone bills for customers who are receiving benefits from one or more of the following programs: Medicaid, Food Stamps, Child Care, POWER (Personal Opportunities with Employment Responsibilities), LIEAP (Low Income Energy Assistance Program), and minimum medical. The Link-Up America program provides financial help with telephone service installation charges for those customers who qualify.

The Tribal lifeline and Enhanced Link Up America is offered to low-income individuals in a qualified area as determined by the Bureau of Indian Affairs and the FCC. These programs provide monthly assistance on phone bills and assistance with service connections charges.
